Our trust principles
Vaulty was built on a simple rule: a competition should be impossible to rig and easy to verify. Three principles drive every design decision in the platform:
- On-chain by default. Entries, randomness, and payouts all settle on Solana so anyone can audit them.
- Eligibility before draw. Geography and KYC checks happen at the entry step, never as a post-hoc reason to deny a winner.
- Instant delivery. If you win, your prize moves within seconds. Delay is a failure mode, not a policy.
Security at the entry layer
Every entry is signed in your Vaulty wallet using passkey or biometric authentication. Your keys stay on your device. The Vaulty backend never holds enough material to spend on your behalf — even if someone breached our servers, they could not move your funds or enter draws as you.
This is in line with the latest OWASP Top Ten recommendations for consumer applications. If you want to dig deeper into how Solana accounts and signing work, the Solana learning hub is a strong starting point.
Verification and eligibility
Some prize draws are open to anyone with a wallet. Others — high-value flagship draws, fiat cashouts, real-world fulfilment — require a quick identity verification step. Vaulty partners with regulated identity providers so the check happens once and applies across every future eligible draw.
What we ask for and why
- Country & region: determines which draws are open to you under local law.
- Age check: all paid entries require an 18+ confirmation.
- Identity for big prizes only: ID verification is requested for higher tiers, not for every ticket.
Eligibility is always resolved before the draw runs. You will never enter a competition and then be told afterwards that you cannot collect.
Instant wallet payouts
Crypto prizes settle straight to your connected wallet in 2-3 seconds. SOL and USDC arrive natively; other tokens are auto-swapped through our integrated swap engine if you have chosen a payout preference. For fiat or physical prizes, you will see a clear status timeline inside your payments dashboard.
Speed is not a bonus feature — it is the proof that the system worked. A draw that takes a week to pay is a draw you should not enter.
Global & UK-aligned compliance
Vaulty operates within recognised gambling and prize-promotion frameworks, with rules explicitly aligned to UK Gambling Commission guidance for free prize draws and skill-based competitions. Every paid draw has a free entry route, every promotion publishes terms in plain English, and operators are accountable for delivery.
For users outside the UK, geographic eligibility is checked per draw against the latest guidance. If a draw is closed in your region, it simply will not appear as enterable.
What happens if something goes wrong
On-chain finality means most issues are self-evident — you can see your entry, the randomness call, and your payout on a Solana block explorer. For everything else (delivery delays on physical prizes, KYC questions, payout preference changes), Vaulty support resolves issues within one business day.
Wrap-up
From the moment you sign an entry to the moment a prize lands in your wallet, every step in a Vaulty competition is designed to be visible, verifiable, and fast. That is what "trusted Solana competitions" should mean — not a marketing line, but a measurable pipeline you can audit yourself. Ready to try one?
